Support for Nonprofits in the Tri-Cities

Who Are We?

I am Anne Jordan, the President of Cherrymoor Charities. We launched Connecting Hearts as a mentorship and networking opportunity for area nonprofits to work together in community to help each other and those we serve.

Our mission is to foster collaboration and empowerment among nonprofits by creating a network of resources, mentorship, and shared goals to strengthen community impact and support those who serve.

Our vision is to build a unified community where nonprofits collaborate seamlessly, empowering each other to expand their reach, amplify their resources, and transform lives together.

FAQ'S

When did Connecting Hearts start?

Connecting Hearts started in 2024 with the goal to help nonprofits be more connected, since we all have a role to play in helping and supporting our community. Through Connecting Hearts, more organizations can collaborate and fill the needs of our community.

What do I need to bring with me?

All you need to bring is yourself, and some business cards, if you have them. Come ready to meet new people, and share a little bit about your organization. We can't wait to meet you!

Can our organization host the next event?

Absolutely! We do have a waiting list so be sure to send us an email at [email protected] and we can sort out all the details.

Who is Cherrymoor Charities and how are they connected to Connecting Hearts?
